Judith Locke is an Executive Coach with Career Resources and focuses on linking individual, group, and team effectiveness to organizational
performance. Ms. Locke has over 25 years of experience in individual and organizational assessment and development working with senior executives, managers, management teams, and entrepreneurs. She is a
professional coach, consultant, and educator working in corporate, government, private business, and not-for profit settings, and has also held senior management positions.
Her key areas of expertise include individual and organizational intervention representing a broad spectrum of industries including healthcare,
manufacturing, financial services, banking, music, and start-up enterprises. She has coached and consulted to chief executives, other senior level managers, human resource executives, and frontline employees
on diverse topics including, but not limited to, team building, strategic planning, workforce restructuring and renewal, change management, interpersonal issues, succession planning, career transition, and workforce
alignment.
As an entrepreneur and consultant, Ms. Locke has an impressive record in the assessment and development of small and medium-sized businesses or
groups in diverse topics including recruitment, hiring, employee training and development, and goal definition and achievement. Ms. Locke has a natural gift for bringing light to issues that cloud a team's or
an individual's natural creativity and work/life balance. She is particularly interested in interpersonal issues between executives and their upper management, and direct reports that are affecting the
performance of the executives as well as others in the organization.
Ms. Locke is affiliated with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Association of Career Professionals International. She is an
active business leader in the Nashville area and serves coaching and management-consulting clients nationwide. She is a strong supporter of community activities including Community High School, a school for
recovering teens.
Ms. Locke, a long time Nashville resident, has completed postgraduate level courses in Management and Psychology from Peabody's Vanderbilt
University from which she holds an M.A. Degree in Administration and Organization Development. She graduated with a B.A. Degree in Education from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina.
